here's my gradient! =D so into gradient recently at photoshop when doing flyers, i wan them on my nails!
my feet~ a nice shade of xmas season red with shimmer~ loves it. and jerlyn (my manicurist) says my skin become softer. and was asking me if i put on lotion. my reply was: yes! every night! i am so hardworking recently i put on this bodyshop strawberry moisturiser for hydration! apparently its working well! =D
hui did the same gradient like mine too after looking at the beautiful effect~ but her nails are like baby's nails, so small, the manicurist was really detailed and careful when doing her nails.
its us... but i look really tired~ yeah tell me about it! work makes me tired!
talking about flyers and work. i just need some of your advice, place it on the tagboard, i need your views.
at a marketing point of view, what is the main idea of a flyer? To raise awareness for some thing right, be it a promotion or event. Yes to raise awareness.
FYI, for a freelance designer to come up with a flyer, minimum you need to fork out 150! and that is call cheap!
Sometimes i felt that my photoshop skills is being abuse.
i learnt how to use photoshop when it was installed in my desktop at the office. i figure my way out by asking friends who know how to use it, and the must ancient way of trial and error! the begining stage was tough, a couple of times i almost give up but never as i know i will only taste the fruit after my hard work.
i dont mind doing a flyer that is going to help generate sales or indirectly generating sales. but often i find my skills being misuse and abused and put to waste.
so much frustration, often i thought, am i hire as a marketing exec or graphic designer? as a marketing exec, you dont need to know photoshop, but its a plus point if you do.
it sort of became my main duty of designing flyers, and lesser my time of doing up the other much more improtant initiative. so blame me for not writing that blog entries 3 times a week, blame me for being slow in completing that initiatives at the minutes.
now i know why the previous marketing mgr didnt waste much time on doing the flyers and immediately pass it on to that freelancer to do. its just a waste of her intelligence and talents.
