that kopitiam are filled with really so many merz cabs uncles, the whole stretch outside the kopitiam are parked with merz cab lo~ric says they're waiting for the nearby 9-club to end biz. yeah i guess they're probably waiting to grab their chance to send some chio-lian-aunty and some drunken lao-ti-co back to some nearby hotel-81? hahahah~

I love my Simply Life
i love my life now and i will treasure what i have. its like sometimes i'm always not contented but from now onwards i will be contented. i know i'm not earning big bucks like some people does, i'm not driving a big car and la da da dee daaa~ the list goes on u know, so why make myself so stress.
The manicurist was like telling me "why dont want to fly!? why quit?, aiyo! for me i sure dont care one" hmmm ya lo for you ma, cuz u nvr try before ma. u are never in my shoes?
i often see this old uncle searching for cans in the dust bins downstairs during night time, i got this sour feeling and i felt bad, then i tell myself "steph u are so fortunate". I was at bugis and i saw this mentally challenged person holding ex link card and lanyard walking around the mall, all dirty with tee shirt and shorts, immediately i hold on to dongz hand and tell myself "steph you are so fortunate". i see the news, and those disasters and those people suffering from the disasters, i tell myself "steph you are so fortunate". haiz.
I'm blessed, i have a family that love me alot, i've got everything.
Alright! Next.... interview sucks, it was so unprofessional. My slot is suppose to be at 1pm, but when i got there, there were 2 other person which was also scheduled at the same timing! what the hell! and i waited for an hour for the interview! its so unprofessional! for goodness sake, cant they just like make it like half an hour difference for each candidate!
seee!! and i hate it when the company has those age 28-32 dua ah lianz inside, dress like irritating unpro lians and holds cigarettes on their hands like as if they are so proud of it. totally sucky. i guess it all showed on my face cuz it went for 15 min and i was out, i was total uninterested with the job scope! its just like promoter job lo! and they know i'm uninterested, please dont waste telephone bill by calling me! haha! u and i know its impossible! haha! please lo! they dont even read my resume thoroughly!! haiz! condemn!

okok, Please dont say I'm swah gu k! Cuz its my first time to Dempsey Hill and its such a nice place for chilling out!
Met up with my JAL girls today.... It's always fun! Cuz we are so crazy! haha you will know why, cuz i'm writing it later... haha

We were cam whoring all the way like crazy! Even on the escalator we wont miss the chance! haha! Candise's lousy camera skill miss herself out taking the shot. aiyo! practice practice chopstick!
then we went to the neo print shop cuz we wanted to take NEO PRINTS! And hell we were complaining its expensive! 11 bucks eh! the last time i took was only 9 bucks what! haha stingy stingy! and of cuz at Japan its so much more cheaper, like around 5-6 bucks and we were taking it like nobody's business.
So we have decided to just use the lighting and GREEN UGLY BACKGROUND!! hahahhaah!!! see i told you we are crazy!!

So before the timer ends, i took her hand and change it to the salute pose! then instead of putting the salute pose on the forehead she was doing it around the neck area!! so again i push her hand to the forehead area. i really dunno what she was thinking la! she said that pose is blocking her face, and joyce was laughing her ass off she ran away! so loook at my "ITS FUCKING FUNNY LA" face! so you see, we are really a bunch of crazy girls.
okie off to Dempsey Hill.... We took like tons of photos on Candise phone at Dempsey but in the end it wasnt saved. so sad la... i've only got some... here it is... oh no only 2....

interview today was okie, its a really challenging job and i like the job scope alot, hopefully that i get it, i'm sure to learn alot. but we shall see, cuz its a really big company and its secretary to 2 directors.
anyway my agent (he hates it when i call him agent, he says its low class cuz he is a headhunter). he is damn damn funny la.
Agent calls me (ok i cant help but to name him agent, cuz he is the agent what! haha!)
Agent: Eh? finish already?
Me: What? Interview? finish long time ago. only around half an hour or more what?how long you expect it to be?
Agent: wah so fast? Then dunno how to call me?

I HATE INTERVIEWS
I am freaking pissed now and I am gonna tell you the freaking reason why!
I went for 2 CMI (Cannot Make It) interview today! It was a total waste of my precious time!
Interview number 1:
I walked in to the office and find most of the people almost my granny's age. WHAT THE *DOOOT*. It's an American investment/financial firm but for sure I am gonna bored myself to death if I worked there. I guess the HR manager that interviewed me have the same thought too, as the interview was about 20 minutes ONLY! I guess he wanted someone older and I needed some place more livelier. So end of story, a failure.
Interview number 2:
THE ONE THAT MAKE ME REAL PISSED OFF!!! I was cursing and swearing so badly at the train ride home I told myself I must write in down my blog to complain! It's an JAPANESE (OH MY GOD! hell i really cannot get enough of them) advertising firm.
It was clearly stated on my resume that I'm asking for 2.2k (NEG, maybe 2-1.8k la) and hell he can offer me 1.5-1.6k!!! Wah lao eh what the fuck was that HR stupid shit thinking? WASTE MY BLOODY TIME! TRYING TO LET ME MAKE A FOOL OUT OF MYSELF?? Cant he see that my last drawn was stated 1.8k? He is a freaking fool thinking I will lower down to 1.6k? Where got such thing!?
If you know damn well you dont want to pay so much for that position then in the first place dont even ask me to go for interview! AND still got the bloody cheek to say to me "I just want to see how's the chemistry!" what shit man!!! YOU WANT CHEMISTRY THEN GO FIND A SCIENTIST!
I just wanna condemn this freaking unprofessional recruitment firm call CAREER PROSPECTUS! and its client Asatsk-DK! It just shows their unprofessionalism. Please if you know what is going to happen then please don't waste each other's time. Maybe to you its ok, cuz i'm the one travelling down and doing all the necessary, you are the one sitting there and waiting for me to go down!
It really doesnt make any sense, from 2.2k you want to lower down to 1.5?!!! not even 1.8 lehz!! wad the hell are you thinking? Still dare to say that I don't have experience! Please! stop lying, I do have the experience in customer services and hell lots of them! It's just that you dont have the money to hire me! And this fucking agency simply just want to close the case and get their commission!
I got so angry I called up this another agency firm that I am suppose to have an interview with its client tomorrow. And screwed that agent upside down! hahahah! I think I was too pissed so I warned him not to mess with me. He sounded so much like ah beng lo, so I never give him a damn at first, then I read the email he sent me and realise he is the MANAGER LA!! omg!! messing with the wrong person! hahahahah!
I told him about my situation today and that, that freaking agency is freaking unprofessional! Then he ask me to ask the girl to go fly kite! LOL!!! After talking to him for like half an hour or more I cant remember! He is such a nice guy la, and definitely a very very good SALES PERSON, no wonder he can be the manager. He gave me tons of tips to the interview tomorrow and even ensured me that his firm is no cha-pa-lang firm, he is actually a headhunter. He definitely cheered me up with his humor, and is bloody talkative in a nice way la.
But I can tell you that I most probably wont get tomorrow's job. It's a secretary position to 2 fucking big shot (directors) at the company! Damn its gonna be really stressful for sure. Only if I can sell myself so well like how that headhunter does.
This job hunting is getting so so stressful and irritating. Going to these freaking interviews, each time selling myself like hell and making myself so tiring finding the places! Walking here and there in those bloody heels that is killing my feet and those stuffy office wear under this ultimate hot weather. Its almost like a New York Flight! wahhahaaha!!! But no choice la, I just need to bare with it till I get the right job, money is running ultimately low! haiz! And it seems so difficult to find the right job. WHY WHY WHY~! aiyo!
Still so far, yesterday's interview is the best, although its a boring job, but when the HR mgr tells me about the bonus my eyes went $_$!!! BIG TIME hahahahahahaha!! But then we'll see how la, cuz it seems like she's afraid that i'm too ambitious and that i might job-hop. haiz!
I shall not send resumes out today! cuz i'm tired and freaking moody! heez =D

It's alot like Jurassic Park, of course what, same famous director. Despite Dongz kept saying he hate to watch it, I still drag him to watch with me. The outcome, even the stubborn him say its nice. If I were to describe in in 2 words, breathtaking and smart. People were like clapping in the cinemas and you hear alot of "ahhhh" "wooo" hahahah! I'm so tired now I shall just write a little and the rest you shall go figure it out yourselves by watching.
Woke up and 9 today for interview. Its been such a long time since I travel to Shenton Way, the last time, to sign that freaking bond with JAL at Hong Leong. I almost wanted to give it a miss cuz the weather is super nice to sleep, with that dark-and-about-to-rain sky. But I was determine enough to wake up and go for my first interview! (After like almost one month of job-hunting! Finally!) It was pretty good I guess, but, 2 more interviews for tomorrow. We'll see how it goes. See its always like this, you never get it, you never get it, you get one, you get some more. U get what I mean? haha!
Ok I'm super tired now, I wanna go take a nap already. Too lazy to head to the gym or send resumes out. Ok.....

Some shopping and i've grabbed a good buy at Pretty Fit. Yesterday was the start of GSS and it was crazy, everywhere is super crowed! OK, must shop during the weekdays already, I can afford to what!~ lol~ at least at the moment.
Dinner at NYDC... Gary's friend joined. I can really eat alot recently, Ima kept saying its puberty time for me again! hahahahahaha!!! omg! i better head to the gym more often before i grow really fat!!

met up with Sabrina yesterday (my best friend at spa). Chat up for so long, mostly her complaining her new workplace and this nasty trainer of hers. Had an expensive snack-time (to her). To me it was my breakfast, lunch and part of dinner. lol! Cuz Sab will never save on food, so I was well-prepared on the meal.
At Sakae Sushi.... Splendid! ok, no more sushi for me for at least 2 weeks. hahaha, and that weird resturant supervisor or something was like asking me did i work at e-fusion!? what the hell is that? anybody knows?
Met up with Dongz for dinner. Anyway Bugis Junction is a damn hip place for food now after their renovation. Filled with tons of interesting food like, korean TORI-Q, fish n chips, kuehz, tako pachi, ah kun... etc at the B1 level. If have yet to visit there, you should lo, cuz i'm sure u'll get some good food.
My recommendation.

I had it's fish and chips. It looks kinda messy, cant wait for a few bite before i take its picture. but its nice u know, just a little oily, maybe damping it on tissue will help~ First choice of sauce is free, i had its herb mayo, nice, taste a little like tartar but less sour.
2nd sauce for 50cent (I don't know what you heard about me~ But a bitch can't get a dollar out of me~ No Cadillac, no perms, you can't see~ That I'm a motherfucking P-I-M-P~ wahhahahaha!!) sorry a little lame here, cant help to sing that song when i type 50 cent out! omg ultimate lame-ness!

GRANDPA'S REAL FUNNY
i cant help but wanna laugh about my grandpa's behaviour. Here i am blogging, and he is telling me exactly what is gonna happen on the HK drama on channel 48 now. Its like as if he is the producer for the show. There is one lame part that he say that the guy is gonna fly out from the mud, i cant help but entertain him a little. Then I realise its really like that and that guy flew out from the earth! HELL! he's got 6th sense! then he was laughing at me believing him.... Hmmm. u now u know why i hate SCV, cuz its alway "repeating telecast!"
DAMN THOSE CROWS
yesterday morning grandpa told me the eggs at the bird nest outside my house went missing. He say its probably must be taken away by those ugly crows. i was really sad, cuz i wanted to flim my very own Animal Planet and watch the growth of those little birdies. Imagine how the mother birdie is feeling! WAH LAO EH! DAMN THOSE CROWS!!! and mother birdie never come back to the bird nest anymore. I love to peep at her sleep at night. haiz! DAMN THOSE CROWS!!!!
Grandpa was also telling me he had seen those DAMN CROWS coming a couple of times already, and since then they were eyeing on the nest! and luckily grandpa chased them off, but eventually those UGLY CROWS GOT WHAT THEY WANT! DAMN THOSE CROWS! haiz! i just feel really sad lo, its like my own pet being taken away. grandpa even mention that these crows are not that afraid of human beings, when u chase them off, they don't exactly fly away, they just hop off a few inches away. see see! DAMN THOSE CROWS!
i hate those crows but i must admit they are hella clever birdies! sometimes they behave so much like Jurrasic's park dinosaurs (those run real fast type). No wonder they say birds are actually dinosaurs! i guess its true! Aunt told me that both husband and wife crows take turn to look after their nest of eggs unlike those little birdies where only one of them (mother) hatch the eggs.
And i can tell u those CROWS are really getting bigger and fatter k!! sometimes i'm afraid of them, their eyes are just errie! i just hate them i feel like calling the hotline that shots crows down! Or olympic can hold a new contest!? Call, Shot that DAMN CROW down!!
MY FAVOURITE PRAWN MEE
I just had my fav prawn mee yesterday after many many weeks of craving for it! it's located at upper east coast rd, i dont exactly know what the correct address is. Its really famous, and beside it is a 五香 stall selling my favourite prawn crackers and chinese saussages.
here's a photo of the noodles available, the pricing is slightly more expensive. but i just love the combination of the prawn noodle and the 五香 together.
now the main thing is not that i wanna recommend this stall, although its my fav but its that i wanna share with you something that happened when i was there.
its vesak day and of course, for such a reputable stall, I already expect the place to be really crowded. I was queuing for my turn to order and behind me was this english-speaking-aunty shouting across to her husband "I already put the tissue there! You tell him, You tell him! I already put my tissue there! Tell him!"
yayaya if you still are wondering what is happening, its CLASSIC! English-speaking Aunty puts a packet of tissue paper on one of the empty tables and went to queue up with the prawn noodle while her husband queued for the 五香. Then this really old man thought the table is available and sitted down. so they chase that very old uncle off.
Immediately I said to my aunt "wah lao eh! they think its Raffles Place here ar!?" they think they can "chop" table like its Raffles Place Hawker's Lunch Time? Like this also can!? U imagine those kuai lan people replying when u ask them to leave as ur tissue paper is there "yours meh? no lo, its mine!" or they can throw away the tissue saying "Where got tissue? Got meh? Never see leh"! wahhahahahahaha!! i shall try that lo! if it ever happens on me! wahahahhaa and create some havoc! no wonder dongz keep telling me ang moh are more civilize than singaporeans. Hmm, I dunno how true la, but sometimes I really cannot tahan Singaporean although I'm one.
