I woke up this morning and the first thing i did was to get hold of my cordless phone and dial 67773777. Sounds familiar? Yup, it's mcdelivery's number.
It's my usual routine of having mc breakfast - hotakes with sausage meal, on sunday morning before heading to the gym.
I started calling since 10.30am and due to their line was busy or down i coulnt get through till 10.40am! When i got through, i waited till 10.55am!!! before an operator pick up my call! yup! that long!!
I was furious by that time! Imagine me holding on the the cordless phone, walking around the house and i was able to complete brushing my teeth, drank 2 cups of water and watched some tv! yes! ultimate furious!
the wait already make me super angry but the worst thing is, like what i predicted, they no longer serve breakfast after 10.45am. So the operator "we are taking lunch menu already". i explain that i waited on the line for so long, and thats the reason why i have missed the breakfast intake time. then she started telling me that cuz their computerize system automatically changes the breakfast time to lunch time at 10.45am.
I was like bursting hot and furious at that time! so they are trying to tell me they are robots la? must follow what the computer system says? totally no flexibility!!!!??? u guys are humans ok! your brain is not dead!
I mean if they are really what they advertise to be, going that extra mile for their customer, then why is this stupid thing like this! they could just have let me order my breakfast and save the trouble to attending one complain lodged! which i did! i have already lodged my complain. i never get this furious before, to the extend of opening my laptop and finding out how to leave my "feedback", it's troublesome ok!
anyway we shall see~ will update when mcdonald replies!
